Twice a month, we gather to make art, move energy, and choose what comes next.
The new moon brings the spark. The full moon turns on the light. In between, we make the invisible visible and see what it has to say.
What is Rhythms of Self?
Each experience is held in relationship with the Moon cycles, without requiring any knowledge of astrology. The themes are intrinsic to human nature: creation, boundaries, belonging, forgiveness, voice, beauty, courage, rest, desire, integrity, renewal and so on.
Every circle is different. The ritual may change, the materials may change, the question may change. The underlying rhythm remains.
The Deeper Movement
We all create a self to move through the world, shaped by family, culture, expectation, experience, and the strategies that once helped us belong or stay safe. At Cosmica, we acknowledge that persona. We witness it with compassion, honor how it served us, and remember that it is not the whole of who we are.
Through art, ritual, awareness, and conscious choice, we reconnect with the essence beneath the roles: creative, divine, sovereign, and alive with mystery. Paragraph Font

Each Rhythms of Self gathering culminates in a 20-minute curated BioCharger Frequency Journey. The program is intentionally selected to complement the theme of the circle and create space for what has emerged through meditation, art, ritual, and reflection to settle beyond words.
Surrounded by light, sound, and programmed frequencies, you are invited to rest, notice, and experience the moment in your own way. Nothing is prescribed, and nothing is required. You may adjust your position, move farther away, or step out at any time.
What to know
No artistic experience is needed. Every invitation to participate is optional. These gatherings are reflective and experiential; they are not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
