The invitation

Each of us creates a self to move through the world shaped by family, culture, expectations, experiences, and strategies that once helped us belong or feel safe.

This unconscious patterns run our life sometimes without our consent and create our outer world. This dissonance between inner and outer worlds drains our Life Force energy.

At Cosmica, we meet that self and invite it to show us how it served us. We also remember that it is just one part of who we are.

Each time we create art with Intention we connect with that Life Force and start having agency over it. That is powerful!

During the Full Moon we illuminate the limiting familiar patterns and chose what to let go of or what to keep and integrate.

Then we make Conscious Choices to come into alignment, coherence and resonance between our outer and inner worlds.

What becomes possible when we illuminate our inner world and free our self expression? Everything!

The experience

We begin by turning inward through a guided meditation to go inward. Then a Metacognitive Drawing to access intuition. Then we create a painting to give what we notice a visible form. A Fire ceremony brings the cleansing power of Fire into the evening to aid in the release of limiting patterns and constrains.

We’ll close by setting an intention and a conscious choice you want to nurture. Then the frequencies of the Biocharger amplifies the whole experience.

The evening includes:

* An opening circle

* A Life Force activation

* A metacognitive drawing practice to access intuition.

* The creation of a painted Artifact you'll take home

*A Ceremonial Fire experience

* A curated BioCharger Frequency Journey

* Reflection and closing.
