What is Rhythms of Self?

Rhythms of Self is Cosmica’s signature gathering where art, science and the mystical coincide.

The Moon gives us a rhythm: We meet twice each lunar cycle to release and recharge.

The New Moon invites intention and action;

the Full Moon offers space for cleansing and release.

Through awareness, imagination, and intuitive painting, you access your inner world and notice what’s shaping the way you move through life.

Each gathering begins with what’s present for you.

Every circle is different. The image may change, the materials may change, the question may change. The underlying rhythm remains.

The Deeper Movement

We all create a self to move through the world, shaped by family, culture, expectation, experience, and the strategies that once helped us belong or stay safe. At Cosmica, we acknowledge that persona. We witness it with compassion, honor how it served us, and remember that it is not the whole of who we are.

Each Rhythms of Self gathering culminates in a curated BioCharger Frequency Journey. The program is intentionally selected to complement the theme of the circle and create space for what has emerged through meditation, art, ritual, and reflection to settle beyond words.

Surrounded by light, sound, and programmed frequencies, you are invited to rest, notice, and experience the moment in your own way. Nothing is prescribed, and nothing is required. You may adjust your position, move farther away, or step out at any time.

I’m Marcela Starflower

Founder of Cosmica and a transformational artist. I’ll guide you through immersive art journeys that invite you to step away from everyday life and enter a portal into your inner world. As you connect with the elements, the Earth, and the cosmos, you’ll explore your "cosmic essence" and life force energy through creativity, awareness, and intention. You’ll make art, experience the pleasure of flow, and notice what is happening within you. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, greater freedom to make conscious, authentic choices, and your own masterpiece; a visual expression of what you discovered along the way. You’ll discover that you are an artist; the artist of your own life!

What to know

No artistic experience is needed. Every invitation to participate is optional. These gatherings are reflective and experiential; they are not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
