The invitation

Each of us creates a self to move through the world shaped by family, culture, expectations, experiences, and strategies that once helped us belong or feel safe.

This unconscious patterns run our life sometimes without our consent and create our outer world. This dissonance between inner and outer worlds drains our Life Force energy.

At Cosmica, we meet that self and invite it to show us how it served us. We also remember that it is just one part of who we are.

Each time we create art with Intention we connect with that Life Force and start having agency over it. That is powerful!

During the New Moon we listen for the spark beneath limiting familiar patterns and hear what it has to say.

Then we make Conscious Choices to come into alignment, coherence and resonance between our inner and ou worlds.

What becomes possible when we listen to our inner world and free our self expression? Everything!

The experience

We begin by turning inward through a guided meditation to become aware and access our inner world. Metacognitive Drawing and intuitive painting give what we notice a visible form. Water crystallography brings the intelligence of water into the evening as way to explore pattern, intention, and possibility.

We’ll close by setting an intention and a conscious choice you want to nurture.

The evening includes:

* An opening circle

* A Starflower meditation: Earth, Sky, and the Center Within

* A metacognitive drawing practice to access intuition.

*A Water crystallography experience

* The creation of a painted Artifact you'll take home

* A curated BioCharger Frequency Journey

* Reflection and closing.
