What types of events is Cósmica best suited for?
Cósmica is designed for intimate, intentional gatherings such as workshops, classes, ceremonies, creative events, community experiences, and private celebrations. The space is ideal for events centered around connection, creativity, and meaningful experiences.
Does Cósmica provide event planning or vendors?
Cósmica is a venue rental space. While we provide the space, ambiance, and on-site support, hosts are responsible for planning their event and securing any vendors or facilitators needed. We’re happy to clarify what’s included during your inquiry.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, or alcohol?
Yes, outside food and beverages are permitted. Alcohol may be allowed with prior approval and is the responsibility of the host to manage in compliance with local regulations.
What is the minimum rental time for parties?
All events require a two-hour minimum rental. This ensures adequate time for setup, the gathering itself, and a smooth transition out of the space.
Can I decorate the space for my event?
Yes, light décor is welcome. Decorations must be free-standing and may not involve nails, screws, tape on walls, or open flames without prior approval.
Is music allowed and how loud can it be?
Music is permitted using the venue’s sound system. Volume levels must remain respectful of the surrounding area, and outdoor music may have additional time or volume limitations.
What happens after I submit my event inquiry?
Once your inquiry is submitted, we’ll review the details and confirm availability. If approved, you’ll receive a rental agreement and deposit request to secure your date.
